Fonts of choice - I used 2 peas GG mix for my name, wild ride and horny devils for the wordart

eye candy gradient glow

OK - Open a new image 700x600 floodfill white

Copy & paste Frame 29 as a new layer, resize and sharpen

click inside centre of frame with magic wand & expand by 6

copy & paste Paper 3 as a new layer, resize by 65% invert and delete

drag below frame layer and drop shadow the frame 0 0 70 5

Paste your tube as a new layer, position and erase any overhang at bottom

copy element 40, position at bottom of frame, resize & duplicate, mirror

move these into position as tag above

resize element 43 by about 30% and position in centre, sharpen & drop shadow

copy rose02, resize & position at top of frame, sharpen

copy & paste the key 31 as a new layer, rotate 90 degrees to the right and position below the rose, resize and sharpen

Copy the bird from the kit, resize, sharpen & position

add your words of choice using foreground black, background #995e14

add a gradient glow using #fadcaa

use the same colours for your name and apply an inner bevel of choice

drop shadow 2 3 67 7

add a paper of choice as a new layer above background layer and apply your mask, delete % merge group

copy element 5 and paste as a new layer above the mask layer, duplicate & position

delete background layer, resize & crop your tag

add your copyright info & save as a Png!

OK - this is a little quickie

Open a new image in PSP 600x600 floodfill white

Copy & paste Tabs-GI as a new layer

copy & paste brightlights as a new layer & position in center

add your tube and apply a drop shadow 5 5 70 11 black

Resize the dice and position at bottom of tag, sharpen & drop shadow as above

copy the poker chips and the money, resize both and position at opposite side of tag

paste the money sign as a new layer, resize and position to side of your tube

copy the tag, resize and position and add a bow of choice from the kit

sharpen & drop shadow all elements

copy the star divider and position along bottom of tag, resize to fit and sharpen

duplicate and image flip, move into position

hide background layer & merge visible all other layers

resize & crop to your liking

unhide background

copy the mesh and paste as a new layer above background, resize slightly

paste the glitter as a new layer below the mesh

copy & paste the brightlights circle as a new layer above the tag layer and resize to fit

add your name & copyright info

delete background layer & save as a Png!

OK Open a new image 600x600 pixels floodfill white

Copy & paste Frame 2 from the kit, resize and sharpen

Copy Paper 6 and paste as a new layer below the frame, resize so it is just slightly larger than the frame, apply xenofex crumple at 5 and 10

add a drop shadow to the frame layer 0 0 70 5

copy the wine & roses from the kit, resize and mirror

position to bottom of frame, sharpen & drop shadow

Now add your tube and position, apply a drop shadow 5 5 70 11

resize the little cupid and position at bottom corner of frame

copy & pasterose 5 as a new layer, resize and sharpen & position on top corner of frame

copy & paste the scrapidea 1s and position along top of frame, resize and duplicate, flip

move into position at bottom

add the wordart, resize and sharpen and position on your tag

add a new raster layer above the background layer, floodfill black

apply your mask, delete & merge group

Add your name and apply a gradient glow using a light colour from the tag

Hide background layer & merge visible all other layers

resize & crop your tag

add your copyright info and save as a Png

Copy & paste element 29 as a new layer

using your magic wand click inside the frame, making sure to click in all the bits around the flower element as well

paste your tube as a new layer, position, selections, invert, delete & select none

apply xero porcelain to your tube at default settings

copy element 5, resize and position at bottom of frame

copy & paste butterfly 20 as a new layer, position over the flower element, resize and sharpen twice

copy & paste element 56, resize and place below the butterfly

sharpen

copy element 49, place along the top and resize to fit, sharpen & duplicate, image flip

move into position at bottom of frame

copy & paste butterly 47. resize, place at bottom right

copy the dove 37, resize and mirror and place top right of frame

Resize the wordart, colourize to suit and place along the bottom

Hide backgound layer & merge visible all other layers

resize & crop

unhide backgground, add a new raster layer above it, select all

Copy & paste Paper 5 into selection, select none

selections, invert, delete and drag below the frame layer

now paste the wordart 1 as a new layer, position & hit delete again, select none

drop shadow the square frame layer again 0 0 70 5

Paste your tube as a new layer & position, apply xero porcelain at default settings and drop shadow 5 5 70 9

resize flower 7 and paste as a new layer, position on top left of the heart frame

sharpen & drop shadow 0 0 70 5

copy flower 14, resize and position on top of previous flower

sharpen & drop shadow as above

copy element 4, resize and place in centre of flowers, sharpen & drop shadow

copy & paste element 20, position below the tube layer, resize, duplicate & mirror

copy & paste element 8 along the bottom of the tag

paste element 13 as a new layer, resize and place on bottom right of tag

sharpen both elements

copy the little cupid 38, resize and position on the tag, sharpen

add wordart of choice from the kit, resize & position

resize the key, element 2 and position so it is hanging from one of the letters, use your deform tool to turn it slightly and erase part of the ring, sharpen & drop shadow 0 0 70 5

add a new raster layer above background layer and floodfill black

apply your mask, delete & merge group

resize and move to the side slightly, duplicate, mirror & flip

move into position

copy hearts element 20, resize and move to the side, duplicate and mirror, resize again and move into position

hide background layer & merge visible all other layers, resize by 85% and crop

add your name & copyright info

delete background & save as a Png

duplicate the heart and on the bottom layer adjust blur, gaussian blur 20

copy button 2, resize and paste as a new layer, position at one side of the heart & sharpen

Copy & paste one of the candles, resize & drop shadow 5 5 70 9

Add your tube and apply same drop shadow

copy & paste flower 2, resize & position at bottom of candle, duplicate and move into position, merge down, sharpen and drop shadow as above

copy & paste heart 2, resize and place on the candle

resize the cat, sharpen and place to the bottom

add a new raster layer above the background layer, select all

Copy & paste Paper 5 into selection

apply your mask, delete & merge group

add the wordart, resize & position on tag

hide background layer & merge visible all other layers
