Mask of choice - I am using WSL 111 here

Fonts of choice

Eye candy gradient glow

OK - Open a new image 650x600 floodfill white

add a new raster layer and select all

copy paper 9 and paste into selection

apply mask, delete and merge group, duplicate & merge down

duplicate again and on the bottom layer adjust blur gaussian blur 10

Paste your tube as a new layer and position

resize if necessary and apply a drop shadow

copy stars 34 and 35 from the kit, resize by 50% and duplicate both

position down one side and sharpen each star

copy & paste the flowers 25, resize and sharpen

position at opposite side

copy & paste the button 31, resize and position at bottom of flowers

resize the words 16 and position at bottom of tag, sharpen & drop shadow

copy & paste the statue of liberty. resize and position on tag

copy embellishment 06, paste as a new layer below the mask layer

position and duplicate, mirror

copy & paste element 13, resize and position

duplicate & mirror - position and merge down

duplicate this layer & flip, position and merge down again

Using a dark blue colour from the tag type the words 'Miss Independence' (or your words of choice)

apply a white gradient glow then a red gradient glow

position along the bottom of tag

add your name and apply the same glow

hide background layer and merge visible

resize by 85% and crop

add your copyright info

delete the white background layer & save as a Png

Eye Candy Gradient Glow

OK -Open a new image 600x600 floodfill white

Copy Frame 2 from the kit, paste as a new layer and resize

Click inside the frames, one at a time and expand by 4 and paste a different paper in each frame, selections, invert, delete and move the paper layers below the frame layers, select none

Click on the frame layer and add a dark blue gradient glow

Paste your tube as a new layer, position so it looks like she is coming out of the frame, erase any overhang with eraser tool

Copy a bow of choice and paste as a new layer on the top frame, resize and drop shadow

0 0 70 5

Copy & resize one of the stars and position, sharpen & add same drop shadow

Copy the 3 flowers from the kit, resize and position along the bottom of frame

Copy & paste the butterflies and position, resize and drop shadow

Hide white background layer & merge visible, resize by 85% and sharpen

Type '4th July' in red in the frame, add noise at uniform 45 then add a white gradient glow

Paste the 2 doodles below the tag, resize and position

Add a new raster layer above white background layer, select all, copy Paper 2 and paste into selection, select none and apply mask of choice, delete and merge group

I lowered the opacity of the mask layer slightly

Add your name using dark blue as the background colour, foreground nil

Add a white gradient glow then add a red gradient glow

Add your copyright info and save as a jpeg!
