OK - open a new image 650x650 floodfill white
Copy & paste the clock
selections, select all, float, defloat
now paste your tube as a new layer and position within the clock
invert and delete, select none
copy & paste the dry grass, resize and position to the side
paste the branch as a new layer and position over the grass, resize to suit
resize the sign and position at bottom
copy & paste the mushrooms, resize and position to side of sign
paste the plant as a new layer at opposite side, resize
position the squirrel on top of sign
add some flowers or other elements from the kit
copy & paste the trees and position behind the clock
when you are happy with your tag, hide background layer & merge visible
resize to suit
add a new raster layer above background layer & select all
copy & paste Paper 4 into selection, select none
apply your mask of choice, delete & merge group
now add your name & any copyright info
delete background layer & save as a Png
