VM Natural sparkle
Eye Candy Gradient Glow
OK - this is a quickie tut
Open a new image in PSP 600x600 floodfill white
Copy the leafy swag window, paste as a new layer & resize to fit
with your selection tool set on rectangle, draw a election around the inner window
add a new raster layer & floodfill black
Apply VM sparkle:

Select none & drag below frame -add your tube as a new layer
resize to fit and drop shadow 5 5 70 9
Drop shadow the window frame layer 0 0 70 5
Resize the the trick or treat wordart and place along the bottom
Resize the bat & paste as a new layer
copy & paste the flair & spooky flair, resize both and position on the top corners, drop shadow
Copy & paste tag2, resize & drop shadow and position so it looks like it is hanging from the bow
Hide background layer & merge visible all other layers
resize by 85% and crop
unhide background & add a new raster layer above it
floodfill black and apply mask, delete and merge group
Add your name in black & apply a gradient glow using a colour from the frame
Add copyright info, delete background layer & save as a Png!
