OK - Open new image 700x600 floodfill white
Copy & paste Tab-G1 as a new layer, resize by 80%
copy & paste the charm chain, resize and position along the bottom
paste the green beer & the pot of gold to the side, resize both & position
resize the blarney stone and position to the opposite side
paste your tube as a new layer & position
drop shadow your tube 5 5 70 9
drop shadow all elements 0 0 55 5
copy & pastethe wordart, resize & position within the tag
add any other elements from the kit to decorate the tag as you like
hide background layer & merge visible
resize & crop to your liking
unhide background & add a new raster layer above it, select all
copy & paste Paper 4 into selection, select none
apply your mask of choice, delete & merge group
copy the doodle, resize and position above the mask layer, duplicate
image mirror, image flip, move into position, sharpen & drop shadow
add your name & copyright info
delete background layer & save as a Png
