masks - I am using WSL 293 & 84

Fonts - Acid Label & Bickham Script Fancy

plugins - xero porcelain (optional)

OK - Open a new image 600x600 floodfill white

Resize element 37 and paste as a new layer, sharpen

click inside the centre with magic wand & expand by 8

copy paper 3, resize and paste as a new layer, selection, invert, delete

select none and drag below frame layer

drop shadow frame 0 0 55 5

paste your tube as a new layer, resize if necessary and apply porcelain at default settings

resize elements 32, 34 & 36 and position around the bottom of tag

use your deform tool to turn them into position

sharpen all and apply a light drop shadow 0 0 30 3

copy bow 9, resize and image rotate 90 left

position on top corner of frame, sharpen & drop shadow as above

resize element 27 and position overthe bow

copy & paste element 15, resize and position along the handle of the frame

paste the hearts 29, resize and position

add butterfly 14, resize and place on tag

sharpen & drop shadow all your elements

hide background layer and merge visible

resize by 85% & crop

unhide background layer & add a new raster layer above it, select all

copy & paste Paper 1 into selection, select none

apply wsl mask 293, delete & merge group

copy element 21, resize and paste as a new layer above mask layer

sharpen twice

copy the curtain element 41, resize and position

drop shadow 0 0 30 3

add a new raster layer above background, select all

copy & paste Paper 9 into selection, selet none

apply wsl mask 84, delete & merge group

Add your words of choice and your name

add your copyright info

delete background layer & save as a Png
