Xero porcelain (optional)
OK - Open a new image 700x600 floodfill white
Add a new raster layer & select all
Copy & paste Paper 5 into selection, select none
Apply mask, delete & merge group
Copy element 7, resize and paste as a new layer, sharpen
position in centre, copy snowman 64, paste as a new layer
resize and sharpen, position to the side
Copy & paste tree 61, resize and mirror and position
sharpen & add noise at uniform 40
resize element 42, position & sharpen
Copy a snowflake, I used element 31, resize and place on tag
sharpen and add noise as before
Copy & paste element 9 as a new layer, position over the tag
Add your tube, resize if necessary and drop shadow 0 0 70 9
apply xero porcelain at default settings
Add wordart & colourize to suit using hue & saturation tool
my settings: 139 255
Hide bakcground layer & merge visible all other layers
resize and crop to desired height
unhide background
add your name & copyright info
delete background layer & save as a Png
