Eye candy gradient glow & Xero porcelain (both optional)
OK -Open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Copy & paste Frame 9 as a new layer, resize by 75%
image duplicate, image mirror
move the duplicate image below the original & position
merge down and sharpen
click inside each frame, ensuring to click around the flowers and expand by 4
Copy & paste Paper 6 as a new layer, resize and position
selections, invert, delete, select none
drag the paper layer below the frames
Paste your tube as a new layer, resize if necessary
apply xero porcelain at default settings
resize the fan (28) and position at side of tube
copy elements 24 & 25, resize both and position
paste element 13 as a new layer, resize
copy & paste element 18 as a new layer below tube layer, resize and move to the side
resize flower 8, resize and position
sharpen & drop shadow all elements 0 0 55 5
hide background layer & merge visible all other layers
unhide background & add a new raster layer above it, select all
Copy & paste paper 4 into selection, select none
apply mask, delete & merge group
resize the chainlink, 12 and paste as a new layer above the mask layer
copy & paste element 8, resize and position to the side, sharpen more
paste element 19 as a new layer, resize and position on opposite side
sharpen & drop shadow
add the wordart & apply a gradient glow using #dac988
place along the bottom of tag
add your name and apply a black gradient glow
delete background layer, resize & crop your tag
add any copyright info and save as a Png
