Font of choice - I am using Bickham Script Fancy
OK - Open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Copy & paste element 32 from the kit, resize to fit
resize Paper 10 and paste as a new layer below the frame
resize it so it is just slightly bigger than the frame and apply wsl mask 260
delete & merge group, merge these 2 layers together
resize curtains 46 and paste as a new layer on frame
position and duplicate, mirror - move into position beside the other curtain
merge down, sharpen & drop shadow 0 0 70 5
copy & paste scroll 23, resize and position at bottom, use your deform tool to turn slightly
sharpen & drop shadow
paste your tube, resize if necessary and drop shadow 5 5 70 9
resize rose 5 and place on the scroll, copy element 9, resize and place behind the rose
add your name on the scroll, drop shadow 2 3 67 7
copy butterfly 35, resize and position on the curtains
hide background layer and merge visible all other layers
unhide background
Copy the overlay from the kit and paste as a new layer above background layer
resize so that it is just slightly larger than the tag
add noise at uniform 40
resize element 7 and paste as a new layer above the overlay layer
duplicate and mirror and bring into position, merge down and sharpen
add a new raster layer above background layer, select all
copy & paste paper 9 into selection, select none
apply vix mask 442, delete and merge group
duplicate mask layer and merge down
resize and move to the top so the words are showing
duplicate and move this layer to the bottom
add your copyright info
delete background layer & save as a Png
