Scrapkit - a gorgeous ptu kit from KatNKDA called 'My secret place' which can be purchased from NK Art Shop
Mask of choice - I am using one of the masks that comes with the kit and also wsl 84

Font of choice - I am using CupieDoll
OK - Open a new image in PSP 600x600 floodfill white
Copy & paste element 10 from the kit as a new layer
click inside the centre with magic wand & expand by 5
Copy & paste Paper 7 as a new layer, selections, invert, delete & drag below frame
select none
drop shadow the frame 0 0 70 5
Copy the heart, element 16, resize slightly and position
sharpen & drop shadow as above
resize element 21 and mirror, position at bottom, sharpen more
Add element 01, resize and position
copy element 48 and position at side of frame, sharpen & drop shadow
Add your tube, resize if necessary & position
I applied xero porcelain to the tube
hide background layer & merge visible all other layers
resize by 85% and crop
unhide background & add a new raster layer above it, select all
Copy & paste Paper 12 into selection, select none
Apply your first mask of choice - I used mask 2 from the kit
delete and merge group and lower opacity slightly
Add a new raster layer above the mask layer and select all
Copy & paste Paper 8 into selection, select none
Apply wsl 84, delete & merge group
Resize the wordart & position on tag
Add your name & copyright info
delete background layer & save as a Png
