Tube of choice -I am using the artwork of Pinuptoons which can be purchased from CILM

2 masks of choice - I am using WSL 83 & 84 which you ca grab HERE
Font of choice
OK - Open a new image in PSP 600x600 floodfill white
Add a new raster layer, select all and paste the sand paper into selection
select none, apply mask 84 and merge group
Copy Raster7 from the kit and paste as a new layer resize 80% and sharpen
position to the side and add a drop shadow 0 0 70 5
Copy the umbrella raster15 and paste as a new layer below the cup layer
resize and position
Copy & paste the beach ball raster 9 resize by 50% sharpen & drop shadow
Copy the sequins raster 12 and paste above the sand paper
Now add your tube, resize if necessary and sharpen
Copy and paste wordart of choice from the kit, resize and drop shadow
position where it looks best
Hide white background layer and merge visible all other layers
resize by 85% and sharpen, crop your tag
Add a new layer above the white background layer, select all
Copy the rainbow paper into selection, select none
apply mask 83 and merge group
Copy the sequins again and paste below mask layer
Add your name using the rainbow paper as your fill colour and blue from the tag as foreground
Copy a flower from the kit, resize and paste beside your name
add your copyright information
Delete the white background layer & save as a Png!
