DSB bright noise

OK - Open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Add a new raster layer and select all
Copy Paper6 into selection and select none
Apply mask and merge group
Open the splatters from the kit and copy and paste a few of them above the mask layer
Paste your tube as a new layer, resize if necessary
Copy & paste bow4 and leaves 1, resize and position, sharpen both
Copy the word art, select all, float, defloat and add a new layer, floodfill black
resize to your liking, do the same with the wand and star
Copy & paste the sparkles from the word art and position behind the star
Add your name and copyright information
Resize & crop tag to your liking
If you wish to animate - click on the sparkle layer, apply bright noise at 25, tick mix once
Copy merged into animation shop
back to PSP, edit undo noise and reapply ticking mix twice
copy merged into animation shop after current frame
repeat once more ticking the mix button 3 times
save as a gif!
