Template - Creative Misfits#3 by Yvette HERE
Scrapkit of choice - the one I am using is 'Kimba' by Juicy Bits HERE

Eye candy gradient glow
OK - a real quickie
Open the template in PSP, delete the copyright layer
resize all layers 85% then canvas size 600x600
Select each layer in turn - select all, float, defloat
paste a paper as a new layer (or add a new layer and floodfill with a colour of choice)
selections, invert, delete
delete the original layer
add a medium white gradient glow to your new layer then drop shadow
0 0 70 5
Do this for all layers apart from the words which I just floodfilled black
Add any embellishments from your kit
I just used the splatters
then copy & paste your tube as a new layer
drop shadow 5 5 70 9
Add your copyright info
Add your name using the alpha's from the kit
crop your tag and resize if necessary
delete white background layer & save as a Png!
