OK - Open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Copy Frame 18 fromthe kit, paste as a new layer & resize by 85%
click in the centre of frame with magic wand & expand by 8
Copy a paper of choice from the kit, paste as a new layer, selections, invert, delete and drag below the frame layer, select none
Paste your tube as a new layer and erase any overhang at bottom of frame
Apply porcelain at default settings
Copy element 25, paste as a new layer at left side of frame, resize and sharpen
Resize element 32, mirror and position at right side
Open element 36, paste over the flowers and resize by 85%
draw a selection around the frame and paste your tube as a new layer, resize to fit then invert and delete, move this below the frame, adjust hue and saturation 185 - 225
sharpen the frame layer and paste bow 23 as a new layeron top
Copy flowers 3 & 4, resize by 35% and paste as a new layer on side of frame, sharpen more and drop shadow 0 0 70 5
Hide your white background and merge visible all layers
resize tag by 85% and crop
unhide white background and add a new raster layer above it, select all
Copy a paper from the kit and paste into selection, select none
Apply mask, delete and merge group and resize by 105% add noise at uniform 40
Copy the wordart and paste as a new layer
I added a white gradient glow to the wordart
Add your name & copyright information
Save as a jpeg or delete background layer & save as a Png!
