OK - this is a quickie
Open the template in PSP, delete the watermark and add a new raster layer, bring to the bottom and floodfill white
Select each layer in turn and repeat the following steps:
select all, float, defloat - paste a paper of choice as a new layer, selections, invert, delete
You can now delete the original layer and add a drop shadow to your paper layer
Resize the wordart and sharpen, paste as a new layer on top of the tag
Copy some stars and bows from the kit and position over the template, sharpen and drop shadow all the elements you use
Add your tube, drop shadow 5 5 70 11
Now add your name & copyright info
Hide white background and merge visible
Resize by 85% and crop
Delete the background layer and save as a Png!
