Supplies
Tube of choice - I am using the artwork of Jessica Dougherty available from CILM
Scrapkit - 'At the movies blog train' by Vella which you can download from her blog Wench Designs HERE

Mask - Babes #11 you can grab it HERE
Font of choice - I am using Al Sandra
Xero radiance (optional)
OK - open a new image 650x600 floodfill white
Copy & paste Frame 3 from the kit and resize, click inthe centre with magic wand and expand by 4, copy Paper 4 and paste as a new layer, resize, selections, invert, delete and drag down below the frame layer, now paste a close up of your tube, position and hit delete again
select none and apply radiance to the tube layer at default settings
alternatively you could change the blend mode of the tube to whatever you like best
Open ribbon 4 from the kit, resize and paste along the top of the frame, sharpen more and drop shadow 0 0 70 5
Copy one of the keychains, resize and paste at side under the ribbon layer, sharpen more and apply same drop shadow, copy & paste shades of choice, resize and position on the tag, sharpen & drop shadow. Now paste your main tube and position, resize if necessary add a drop shadow
Hide white background layer and merge visible, resize by 85% and crop the tag
unhide white background and add a new raster layer above it, select all
Copy Paper 2 into selection and apply mask, delete and merge group
Add noise to mask layer at uniform 40
Now add your name & copyright information
delete background layer & save as a Png!
