A little quickie this evening
Open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Copy Frame9 from the kit, paste as a new layer and resize
Click in the centre of frame with magic wand, expand by 6
Copy Paper10 and paste as a new layer, invert & delete
drag this below the frame layer
drop shadow the frame 0 0 65 5
Copy & paste element10, resize and use your raster deform tool to push it in so it fits nicely around the frame, sharpen
Now paste your tube as a new layer, position & drop shadow
Copy flowers2, resize and paste at side of frame
sharpen & drop shadow
Copy & paste tag08, resize, sharpen & drop shadow
position at opposite side
paste bow 25 above this layer, resize, sharpen & drop shadow
Resize notepaper16 and type your words of choice, merge down
place the notepaper behind the tube & turn slightly to the left with deform tool

Add a new layer above the background layer & select all
Copy & paste Paper6 into selection, select none
Apply your mask, delete & merge group
Copy doodle18, resize & paste as a new layer above the mask layer
duplicate, image mirror & flip and move into position
Add your name to the tag using a font of choice
Delete background layer & merge visible
resize & crop your tag
Add your copyright info and save as a Png!
