Font of choice - I am using CupieDoll
OK - Open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Copy Button2 from the kit, paste as a new layer & resize, sharpen & drop shadow
0 0 70 5
Paste your tube as a new layer, position & drop shadow
5 5 70 11
Copy & paste Butterfly1 as a new layer, resize and position
sharpen & apply the same drop shadow as the button
Copy Flower4, resize and paste at bottom left, drop shadow as above
Resize a bow of choice from the kit, I am using bow2 and paste to the side
sharpen & drop shadow
Copy & paste the balloon, resize & sharpen, position on right side
Hide white background layer & merge visible all other layers
unhide background & add a new raster layer above it, select all
Copy Paper7 and paste into selection, select none
Apply mask, delete and merge group, resize by 90%
Copy flower6 and paste as a new layer above the mask layer at bottom right
resize and drop shadow
Resize and crop your tag, add your name & copyright info
Delete background layer & save as a Png!
