Tube of choice - I am using the artwork of Michael Landefeld which can be purchased from CILM
Scrapkit - 'Chase the winter blues away' by Adelina, part of a blog train which you can find here
Font of choice

OK - this is a really quick tut - open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Open the frame from the kit and resize by around 20%, copy & paste as a new layer
I used my raster deform tool to pull the frame out a bit to make it more square
select the inner frame with magic wand and modify by 4
paste a paper of choice as a new layer, selections, invert, delete, then paste your close up tube, resize and position then hit delete again
Hide white background and merge visible, duplicate - on the bottom one adjust blur gaussian blur 15, then go to effects, mosaic glass
columns - 50
rows - 50
Glass curvature -50
Edge curvature -0
Grout width - 2

Symmetric ticked
Open one of the ties, resize and paste on side of frame, sharpen & drop shadow

Open one of the strings, resize & paste between frame and mosaic layer, apply same drop shadow - open some flowers and position on top of frame
Open the sequins and place at bottom of tag, resize, sharpen, drop shadow, duplicate & flip and position (see my tag for reference)
Now add your main tube, add a drop shadow of 5 5 70 11
Open one of the speech bubbles and position on the tag near the main tube
add a saying of choice in white and drop shadow 0 0 70 5
now add your name & copyright information
merge all layers and crop to your liking
Save as a jpeg or delete the white background & save as a Png
