Tube of choice - I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis which can be purchased from MPT
Scrapkit - 'Flirty' by Bea which you can get here

Font of choice
OK - open the template, add a new raster layer and bring to the bottom, floodfill white
Delete the copyright layer
Click on each layer in turn and selections, select all, float, defloat and paste your paper of choice, selections, invert, delete - you can delete the original layer
On each paper layer add a drop shadow of 0 0 70 5
On the bottom 2 rectangles layer, duplicate and on the original layer go to adjust blur, gaussian blur 15
Paste your tube in one of your frames and change the opacity to screen
Now repaste your tube and mirror and paste on the opposite side but above the frame
Add some elements from the kit
Type the word 'FLIRT' and position in the star
Hide the white background layer and merge visible, resize & crop
Now add your name & copyright info
merge visible and save as a jpeg
