OK - Open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Open Frame (14) from the kit and resize, paste as a new layer, sharpen. Click inside the frame with magic wand and selections, modify, expand by 4 - open paper (28) and paste as a new layer, selections, invert, delete and drag below frame - now paste your tube, resize to fit and then hit delete again. Add a drop shadow to your tube and frame - I used 5 5 50 5
Open Frame (16) and resize - paste at bottom right of your frame (see my tag for ref)
Sharpen - click inside with magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 4 and paste a paper of choice, selections, invert, delete, drag below frame, now paste your tube again and just have the face image showing within the frame, hit delete again. Drop shadow your tube & frame.
Open the elements 2 and 3 from the kit, resize and paste at bottom left of frame - sharpen more and add drop shadow
Open flower (22) and paste at top right of frame, making sure it is behind the smaller frame, sharpen & drop shadow
Open tag (25) resize and position on smaller frame - erase part so that it looks like it is looped through the frame - sharpen more & drop shadow
Hide the white background layer & merge visible - resize to your liking
Now paste a paper of choice below tag and add a mask of choice
Add the WordArt, your name & copyright info
Delete the white background and save as a Png
