OK - Open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Open element3, resize, copy & paste as a new layer
Open element23 copy & paste as a new layer - resize
Click in the centre ensuring you click in all the bits with magic wand, expand by 4
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer, selections, invert, delete and drag below frame
Open element 10 paste as a new layer, delete, copy element14, resize, select none
Copy & paste element16, resize and paste as a new layer
Now add your tube and position, drop shadow 5 5 60 9
Paste some leaves and flowers
Drop shadow all elements 0 0 70 5
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer above the background layer
apply mask, delete and merge group
Add the wordart, resize & drop shadow 2 3 69 7
add your name & copyright information
You can now merge visible and save as a jpeg
or delete white background & save as a Png
