Font of choice
OK - open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Open the jewelled heart from the kit and paste as a new layer
Add a new layer above the white background and floodfill black - apply mask008, delete and merge group
Then add another new layer above this layer and floodfill with a red colour from the heart and reapply the mask - resize this mask layer by 90% and move into position - see my tag for reference
Paste your tube as a new layer - resize and position, add drop shadow
Open glittered flower 3 from the kit - resize by 60% and paste below the mask layers - duplicate and position around the hearts so just the edge is showing - I duplicated mine 4 times
Open the kiss and position at bottom - resize and sharpen more, drop shadow
erase any of the mask showing below the lips
Open the fancy heart, resize and place beside the lips
Open the red wand and resize, use your deform tool to tilt it slightly and erase the bit that is over the fancy heart - sharpen and drop shadow
Open the glitter heart, bowtie and charm and position
I also added the candle and cupid
When satisfied with how your tag looks, hide your white background and merge visible - resize by 95% - unhide white background layer
Open the large swirl and position above the white background - resize and move into place then duplicate, image mirror, image flip
I also added the floral vine and positioned over the bow
Open a paper from the kit and paste as a new layer above the white background
apply mask 042
Add your name & copyright information
Save as a jpeg or delete the white background and save as a Png
