Font of choice
OK - Open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Copy and paste Frame1 as a new layer, resize by 85%
Click inside the frame with magic wand and paste paper2 as a new layer, selections, invert, delete and drag below frame, select none.
Open your tube and paste as a new layer above the frame, erase any overhang at bottom of frame - how I do this is by clicking inside the frame with magic wand, expand by 4 then invert - click on your tube layer and you can now erase the bottom without going inside the frame!
Add a drop shadow to your tube then apply Xero porcelain default settings
Drop shadow your Frame 0 0 70 4
Now add any elements from the kit -I added the pillar inside the frame, flower1 at bottom, a bow, ribbon and butterfly.
Resize all elements by around 65%, sharpen and drop shadow 0 0 70 4
Hide the white background & merge visible, resize by 90% and sharpen
Unhide white background and add a new raster layer above it, select all - paste a paper of choice into selection, select none - apply the mask, delete and merge group then duplicate the mask layer to make it a bit darker

I used a gradient glow on my name to make it stand out more
You can now delete the white background layer & save as a Png
