Mask of choice
Font of choice
OK - Open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Open Frame5 copy & paste as a new layer, rotate 90 right then use your raster deform tool to squeeze it up slightly so it isn't so long
click inside the frame with magic wand, expand by 5 and paste a paper of choice as a new layer, move this layer below the frame
Merge these 2 layers visible, duplicate and on the bottom layer rotate left by 12
Paste your tube on top frame and erase any overhang at bottom
Open Flower4 resize and paste between the 2 frame layers, duplicate & mirror so there is one at each side, sharpen & drop shadow 2 2 55 5
Drop shadow your frame layers
Paste some elements around the frame
When happy with how it looks, hide white background & merge visible
Paste Paper12 as a new layer above white background and apply mask of choice
lower the opacity on the mask layer slightly
Open the wordart and paste as a new layer - they are all on separate layers
On the word perfectly, select all, float, defloat and paste one of the papers as a new layer, selections, invert delete, add a drop shadow
Add your name & copyright info
delete the white background layer & save as a Png
