Font of choice
OK - Open a new image 600x550 floodfill white
Open Frame5 from the kit - copy & paste as a new layer and resize by 75%
Click inside each of the frames with magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 6 and copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer, selections, invert, delete and drag below the frame layer
Select none
Now click in each frame, one at a time and expand by 6, copy & paste your tube and resize to fit
Drop shadow your frame 5 5 50 5
Hide the white background layer & merge visible
Now add some elements and doodles from the kit
Paste a paper as a new layer above the background layer and apply mask, I duplicated the mask layer to make it a wee bit darker
Add the wordart and position where you think it looks best
Add your name & copyright information
Save as a jpeg or delete the whitebackground layer and save as a Png
