Mask of choice
Font - Celticmd Here
Xenofex constellation if you wish to animate
Ok- open a new image 600x600 floodfill white
Open the ireland image & paste as a new layer, selections, select all, float, defloat
Open a paper of choice and paste as a new layer, selections, invert, delete
merge these 2 layers & add drop shadow 0 0 70 5
Paste your tube as a new layer, drop shadow
Open the balloons from the kit & paste behind your tube
type in the words Erin go bragh - or your own words
Open cloverleaf1, resize by 80% and paste as a new layer to right side
Paste a bow of choice on top
add the pot of gold, leprecahun, butterfly & a tag of choice
when happy with placements, hide white background & merge visible
add a paper as a new layer above the white background and apply a mask of choice
Add your name & copyright info
crop tag
If you wish to animate
Click on the mask layer and apply Xenofex constellation
Click on settings and click on star field
then select keep original image
copy merged & paste into ani shop
repeat this twice just changing the random seed and pasting after current animation
Save as a gif
